The Story
It started with a failed acquisition. In 2023, our founders were involved in a $50M M&A deal that collapsed at the 11th hour because manual due diligence missed a massive, hidden liability tied to a foreign subsidiary.
Realizing that the tools for verifying businesses were stuck in the 1990s—relying on PDF reports, siloed databases, and gut feelings—they founded Nexora AI. Credexa was born to fix this: an AI capable of reading the entire internet to tell you exactly who you are doing business with.
